Application
For openings where the cylinder is operated by a thumbturn inside. Confirm the thumbturn side, clearance from the handle and sufficient rotation space around the escutcheon.
Selection limits
A thumbturn does not automatically provide doorset escape certification. Near glazing, openings or reachable areas, assess whether it could be operated from outside and select around the actual door construction.

CY322T is double-sided and CY324T uses a thumbturn spindle. CY323T is the direction to review for a supplied thumbturn form, with finish, length and hardware confirmed in the order.
